Questions applicants ask.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying to EshiWork is free.

Who can apply?

Anyone with good spoken English who wants a remote role with a US company. Sales, support, admin and operations experience all count.

I don't have a resume. Can I still apply?

Yes. Skip the upload and fill in your experience in step 2 instead.

Do I need a Loom account?

No. Vocaroo is free, voice only and needs no sign-up. Loom is optional if you want to show your face too.

What happens after I apply?

We listen to your recording and read your answers. If you're a fit, we add you to the talent pool and contact you by email or WhatsApp when a client role matches.

Can I change my application later?

Yes. Open My profile and choose Edit application.
